Printheim uses essential cookies, local storage and technical logs to operate accounts, checkout, downloads, uploads, seller tools, moderation, security, fraud prevention and legal compliance.

We process only the data necessary to run the marketplace, including account information, transaction and download history, uploaded/listed content data, seller verification data where required, reports, support messages, payment status and technical logs.

Payments and payouts are handled by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Printheim does not store full payment card details.

Seller files are stored privately. Printheim may access uploaded files only where necessary for hosting, delivery to authorized buyers, technical support, malware scanning, file integrity checks, report handling, disputes, refunds, chargebacks or legal compliance.

We may retain account, transaction, payment, tax, accounting, report, moderation, KYC/AML/DAC7 and safety records where required by law or reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, resolve disputes or defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal data.
